Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and All Planner governing your use of the All Planner apps and services (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use All Planner on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

All Planner offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, All Planner Pro, which unlocks premium features such as every widget size, unlimited recurring tasks, themes and custom icons, and streak insights.

• Plans & pricing. Pro is available monthly (US$2.99 / month) and yearly (US$19.99 / year), each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices may vary by region; the exact price and duration are always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
• Free trial. If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing & canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to disrupt, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync your content so we can provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Planner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Apple

These Terms are between you and All Planner only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the Service must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
